What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking enthusiastic, driven individuals aged 18–21 with a passion for design, craftsmanship, and innovation. Prior experience is not required—just a commitment to learning and a desire to excel.

Location and Flexibility:
You will primarily work across the Kent, Essex, and Greater London areas. However, flexibility is key, as assignments may vary based on business needs. Overnight stays outside of these areas may also be required.

Your working days will fluctuate between weekdays and weekends, depending on the company’s demand and project schedules. You will be required to travel to locations within the normal working area, and occasionally outside of it. Details regarding any assignments outside the usual working area will be discussed with your supervisor, ensuring clear communication and expectations. Flexibility and adaptability will be key to success in this role.

While holding a full UK driving license is a plus, it is not essential at this stage.

Probation Period:
The role includes a 24-month probation period, with progress reviewed every 4 months alongside your supervisor. This ensures regular feedback and support to help you thrive.
